Built around how Pakistani families in the UK actually work

🗣️

Urdu when it unlocks something

Taught in English, because that is what the exam is in. But a tutor who can explain a fraction or a metaphor in Urdu for thirty seconds, then switch back, gets through faster.

👪

Parents kept genuinely in the loop

A written report every week and a dashboard with every recorded lesson. Updates in English or Urdu — your choice. You never have to ask how it is going.

🌙

Ramadan and Eid respected

Session times shift during Ramadan and pause around Eid, with no charge for the weeks you miss. You should not have to explain this to your tutor every year.

🏫

The UK system, properly understood

SATs, 11+, KS3, GCSE, AQA versus Edexcel, Foundation versus Higher tier. Our tutors know the system your child is actually in.

What Pakistani parents in the UK tell us they want

Two things come up in almost every first conversation we have with a parent, and both of them shaped how this service is built.

“I want to know what is actually happening in the lesson.”

A lot of parents have paid for tutoring before and had no real idea whether it was working. An hour disappears behind a closed door or a headset, a vague ‘he's doing fine’ comes back, and three months later the school report says otherwise.

That is why every session we run is recorded and lands in your dashboard automatically. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to sit in the room. Watch a full lesson on a Sunday afternoon if you want to. Most parents watch a few at the start, satisfy themselves, and then dip in occasionally — which is exactly the right amount.

“I want the same person every week.”

Large tutoring platforms rotate whoever is free. That means your child re-explains their weak spots to a stranger every session, and nobody builds a picture of where the real gaps are.

We assign one tutor and they stay. They remember that your daughter panics on worded problems, or that your son can do the algebra but keeps losing marks on method. That memory is most of what makes tutoring work.

Common questions

Yes, every one of our tutors speaks Urdu fluently. Lessons themselves are taught in English because that is the language of your child's exams, but a tutor who can drop into Urdu for thirty seconds to unlock a concept is often the difference between a child nodding along and a child actually understanding.
Not at all, and it is very common. Most of the children we teach were born in the UK and are far more comfortable in English. The Urdu is there if it helps and stays out of the way if it does not. What matters more is that the tutor understands the household — the expectations, the pressure around exams, and how families here talk about school.
Yes. Parent updates, WhatsApp messages and calls can be in English or Urdu, whichever you are more comfortable with. Several parents prefer to read the written weekly report in English and discuss it in Urdu.
Yes. We adjust session times during Ramadan and pause around Eid without charging for missed weeks. Tell us what your family needs and we will build the schedule around it.
No. We are an academic tutoring service — Maths, English, Science and 11+ preparation on the English National Curriculum. We would rather be genuinely good at that than stretch into subjects we are not set up to teach well.
Mostly cost and availability. A UK-based tutor charges £25–£40 an hour and has limited after-school slots because everyone wants the same ones. Our tutors are in Pakistan, where your child's 5pm slot is a normal working evening, so we can offer three hour-long sessions a week for £60 a month.
