Getting started

Message us on WhatsApp on +44 7988 581859 with your child's year group, the subject you want help with, and roughly when you would like sessions. We will come back with a matched tutor and a proposed weekly slot, then book your free introductory session. No payment is taken at any point before that session happens.
Yes, genuinely free, and we do not take card details beforehand. You meet the tutor we have matched to your child, watch a full hour of teaching, and decide afterwards. If it is not right, you owe nothing and there is nothing to cancel.
Usually within a few days. Matching takes us a day or two because we are choosing a specific tutor rather than opening a booking calendar, and then the introductory session is scheduled at a time that suits you.
A laptop, tablet or desktop with a webcam and microphone, and a reasonable internet connection. Nothing to install — sessions run in the browser. A separate mouse and a quiet corner both help more than people expect, and headphones make a noticeable difference in a busy house.

Tutors and matching

In Pakistan. That is what makes £60 a month for three hour-long sessions possible rather than the £25–£40 an hour a UK-based tutor charges. Every tutor is trained on the English National Curriculum and works from AQA, Edexcel and OCR specifications.
Yes. One assigned tutor, the same person every session. We do not rotate whoever happens to be free, because the tutor remembering exactly where your child struggled last month is most of what makes tutoring work.
Subject qualifications verified against original documents, a written test on the specification they will teach, a recorded mock lesson assessed for teaching quality, spoken English screening by a UK-side reviewer, and identity and reference checks. Because every session is recorded, we also spot-check real lessons rather than relying on the interview alone.
Message us and we will reassign. It is a normal part of the service, not a complaint, and there is no charge or awkwardness attached to it. Personality fit matters and a first match does not always land.
Yes. Lessons are taught in English because that is the language of your child's exams, but a tutor who can explain something in Urdu for thirty seconds when a child is stuck removes a barrier quickly. Parent communication can be in English or Urdu, whichever you prefer.
We arrange cover so the week is not simply lost. If cover is not possible for a particular slot, that session is credited rather than charged.

Lessons and progress

One hour, one-to-one, at a fixed time you agree in advance. Primary sessions are still an hour but are broken into shorter segments with changes of activity, because that is how young children actually concentrate.
Every one. Recordings appear automatically in your parent dashboard and stay there. You can watch any lesson at any time, and students find rewatching a tricky explanation weeks later genuinely useful for revision.
After every session, and it is reviewed at the start of the next one. Homework that nobody marks teaches a child that homework does not matter.
A written progress report every week — what was covered, what your child found difficult, what has improved since last week, and what the tutor is focusing on next. Combined with the lesson recordings, you do not have to ask how it is going.
Confidence usually shifts within three or four weeks; parents typically notice homework stops being a battle before they notice a grade move. Assessment grades tend to move over a term, because closing the underlying gaps takes that long. Anyone promising a grade jump in a fortnight is selling you something.
Yes, just tell us. If your child's needs shift — a mock result lands, or the school flags something new — we adjust the plan or the tutor accordingly.

Subjects, levels and exam boards

Maths, English and Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) from Primary through to GCSE, 11+ preparation covering verbal and non-verbal reasoning, and History and Geography at KS3 and GCSE. If you need something not on that list, ask us — we will tell you honestly whether we can staff it well.
Reception through Year 11 — Primary (KS1 and KS2), KS3 (Years 7 to 9) and GCSE (Years 10 and 11), plus 11+ entrance preparation in Years 4 to 6.
AQA, Edexcel (Pearson) and OCR, including OCR Gateway and OCR Twenty First Century Science. Tell us which board your child's school uses — it is usually on their revision guide, or the school office will confirm it — and we match a tutor who teaches that specification regularly.
No. We teach the English National Curriculum only. If you need Matric, FSc, MDCAT or Pakistani O and A Level preparation, we are not the right service for you and there are Pakistan-based providers who specialise in exactly that.
Not currently. We stop at GCSE so that we can staff the levels we do cover with tutors who genuinely know those specifications.

Pricing and cancellation

£60 a month for three one-hour sessions every week, or £100 a month for five. Both include a dedicated tutor, recorded lessons, weekly written progress reports, homework, parent dashboard access and tutor cover.
No contract and no minimum term. You pay monthly and can cancel any time before your next billing date.
Message us before your next billing date and it stops. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period and no retention call.
Tell us in advance and we will pause your billing or move the sessions, whichever suits you better. You should not pay for weeks nobody is teaching.
Yes. Session times shift during Ramadan to suit your family, and we pause around Eid without charging for the missed weeks.
Yes. Message us and we will set up the second child with their own matched tutor and plan. Sessions are always one-to-one, so each child gets their own hours.

Safety and privacy

Every session is recorded and stored in your parent dashboard, which is the single most important safeguarding measure available — nothing happens in a lesson that you cannot review. Tutors are identity-verified and reference-checked, and you are welcome to sit in on any session at any time without notice.
Always, and you never need to ask permission or give warning. Most parents watch a few sessions at the beginning, satisfy themselves, and then rely on the recordings and weekly reports.
Only what is needed to run the tutoring — name, year group, subjects, session records and progress notes. The full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You, through your parent dashboard, along with your child through the student portal and the assigned tutor. They are not public and they are not shared with anyone else.

Plans and pricing

Both plans include a free introductory session, a dedicated tutor, recorded lessons and parent dashboard access. No contract — cancel any time before your next billing date.
